FSB publishes the 2014 update of the G-SIBs list
The FSB publishes today its annual update of the list of G-SIBs, using end-2013 data and the Basel Committee updated assessment methodology. One bank, Agricultural Bank of China, has been added to the list of G-SIBs that were identified in 2013, increasing the overall number from 29 to 30.
FSB publishes the 2014 update of the G-SIIs list
The FSB publishes today its annual update of the list of G-SIIs, using end-2013 data and the assessment methodology developed by the IAIS. The FSB identifies for 2014 the nine G-SIIs identified in 2013 and decided to postpone a decision on the G-SII status of reinsurers, pending further development of the methodology.
