In our consulting practice we partner with clients to create innovative products and strategies in the securities and investments industry. Our work matters to providers of risk management, prime brokerage, clearing, custody and trading across the globe, and to users such as hedge funds, international traders and 130/30 managers.
Finadium has two principal areas of expertise:
Prime Brokerage, Securities Finance, Collateral Management and Custody. We produce a research series and conduct consulting assignments in these areas. Our recent reports include Traditional Asset Managers as Prime Brokerage Clients and Securities Lending Exchanges 2009. This research is valued by prime brokers, global custodians, regulators and other market participants for its unique analysis and deep data gathering. Our consulting assignments cover product development, vendor selection, monitoring and evaluation, marketing and strategy.
Frontier and Emerging Markets. Building on Finadium’s international work in prime brokerage and securities finance, we produce occasional research on topics of client interest. Our first report in this area, “Trading and Custody in Frontier Markets: The Case of Africa,” was released in August of 2008. Finadium’s data focus and forward looking analyses brings much needed independent insight to these complex and rapidly developing markets.
