SunGard Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Wayne, PA – June 4, 2015 – SunGard announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered, the price range and the stock exchange listing for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as joint lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are also acting as joint lead book-running managers. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
