The plot thickens: the first amended complaint on US banks alleging collusion in securities lending shows the fruits of discovery (Premium)

We’ve been tracking the complaint against US prime brokers and EquiLend by what are now four pensions and a hedge fund. The latest amendment shows new depth to the argument, not to mention direct quotes from current market participants. The case isn’t sealed shut yet but the plaintiffs’s lawyers are certainly working to figure out the details.
