Nancy Allen, Global Product Owner – DataLend, EquiLend
Nancy Allen is global product owner of DataLend, the securities finance market data division of EquiLend. Allen has more than 16 years of experience in the securities finance market across client types, geographies and roles. As global product owner, she has responsibility for the strategic development and growth of the DataLend product including management of the product specialist team responsible for the client experience. Allen joined DataLend from Northern Trust, where most recently she was senior vice president and head of international fixed income securities lending trading, based in London. Previously, Allen held various positions in securities finance at Northern Trust, State Street and Deutsche Bank. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Darren Crowther, General Manger, Securities Finance and Collateral Management, Broadridge
Darren Crowther is the General Manager for Broadridge’s Securities Finance and Collateral Management division. Darren has over 17 years’ experience in the software business and has been involved with Securities Finance since 1998. He has been with Broadridge since the acquisition of 4sight in 2016. From 4sights beginning in 2003 Darren has served in a number of leadership roles. His most recent being Vice President of Solution Delivery, which he held from 2011 until the acquisition in 2016. Darren was instrumental in the setup and development of the original (SFCM) Securities Finance and Collateral Management solution.
Meg Cuneo, Securities Finance Trading, State Street Securities Finance
Margaret (Meg) Cuneo is the Head of Trading for Alternative Financing Solutions (AFS) in State Street’s Securities Finance business. In this capacity, Meg overseas all trading on behalf of our AFS clients. Meg has over five years of experience in Agency Lending trading and started her career at State Street in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College.
Brendan Eccles, Global Head Securities Lending and Borrowing, Scotiabank
Brendan has been a member of the Scotiabank Prime Services team since 2004. He began his career at Scotia in Toronto as a trader on the Securities Lending desk. In 2006, he moved to New York to launch the US Securities Lending product. In 2013, he was promoted to North American Head of Securities Lending and in 2015 was promoted to Global Co-Head of Securities Lending. Prior to working at Scotiabank, Brendan worked at RBC Investor Services as a Securities Lending Trader from 2002 to 2004. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, Science & Business (Chemistry Option) from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA Charterholder.
Josh Galper, Managing Principal, Finadium
Josh Galper is the lead for Finadium’s research and consulting practice with an expertise in institutional investments, treasury and financing. Josh has conducted numerous consulting assignments for banks, asset holders, CCPs and technology companies, and is the author of over 60 industry reports as part of the Finadium research subscription. He also writes for Finadium’s online and hard copy magazine, Securities Finance Monitor. Josh has been quoted in most industry publications covering hedge funds, securities finance, collateral management and financial markets. He holds an MBA in Financial Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Michele Hillery, Managing Director, DTCC
Michele Hillery is Managing Director in the Equity Clearing Product Management group at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). In this role, Michele oversees business development, strategy and the financial resiliency of the Equities Clearance product line. Michele and her team focus their efforts on solutions that optimize capital and operational efficiencies for clients, enhancing client experience and preparing the business for the emerging competitive landscape. Michele has over 20 years in the industry and has held various positions within Product Management, Quality Assurance and Operations. Prior to joining DTCC’s Equity Clearing Product Management in 2013, Michele led the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation’s Mortgage Backed Securities Division (MBSD) where she managed the operations of the business and had responsibility over project development. She earned a BBS from University of Limerick, Ireland and a MS from New York University.

Tim Leahey, Equity Finance Trader, Scotiabank
Tim Leahey is a securities lending trader at Scotiabank in their Prime Services division. Tim has been with Scotia for three years full time, and on the securities lending desk for 2.5 years. His responsibilities primarily fall in the coverage of the Canadian book at Scotia. Tim is also the co-head of the Scotiabank Young Professionals Employee Resource group and is a 2017 graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
Kathleen Lyons, Director, BlackRock
Kathleen Lyons is a Product Strategist in the Securities Lending Team within BlackRock’s Global Lending and Liquidity Group. She is responsible for managing US and Canadian Board relationships as well as supporting the securities lending client relationships in North America. Additionally, Kathleen works on a number of strategic initiatives for the Securities Lending business. Ms. Lyons began her career at KPMG, where she was a member of the Management Consulting practice. During her time at KPMG, Kathleen advised clients in the financial services industry, primarily multi-national insurance companies, around process improvement, systems implementation and regulatory oversight. Ms. Lyons earned a BA degree in economics from Bucknell University in 2012.
Marney McCabe, Co-Head, Global Securities Lending, Brown Brothers Harriman
As Co-Head of Global Securities Lending, Ms. McCabe oversees the value-based lending programs and client engagement strategy for many of the world’s largest asset managers. With a background in relationship management and trading, Ms. McCabe is passionate about ensuring BBH delivers our clients exceptional service and market-leading performance, while effectively managing the business globally.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. McCabe was a portfolio manager, providing investment and wealth management services to a range of institutional and individual clients. She also spent seven years working for various firms as an international paper trader and equity research associate.
Ms. McCabe is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She is a co-chair of BBH’s Boston Women’s Network, and an active member of Women in Securities Finance.
Tom Poppey, Co-Head, Global Securities Lending, Brown Brothers Harriman
Mr. Poppey is the Co-Head of the Global Securities Lending business within Investor Services, where he oversees trading, product development and regulatory strategy. The close alignment of the trading discipline and product development, run by Mr. Poppey, result in new and differentiated capabilities for BBH.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Poppey held a variety of asset servicing and securities lending positions. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Mr. Poppey is an active member of BBH’s Military Veterans Network. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager and is a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Securities Analyst Society, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bridgewater State College and Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College.
George Rennick, Head of Agency Lending-Americas, Global Head of Client Relationship Management-Agency Lending, J.P. Morgan
George Rennick is the head of Agency Securities Lending for the Americas and global head of the Agency Securities Lending Relationship Manager team at J.P. Morgan. In region responsibilities include lending, cash reinvestment, client coverage, portfolio evaluation, product and pricing as well as globally maintaining senior level client relationships. George has over 25 years in the Financial Services industry joining J.P. Morgan in 2018 from Nomura Securities where he held the joint positions of US Head of Prime Services and Global Head of Prime Finance Product Management. Prior to Nomura, George held management positions in prime brokerage with Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Neuberger Berman, a wholly owned Lehman subsidiary. Prior to Lehman, George spent eight years with Goldman Sachs in Client Service and Asset Management Compliance. George started his career with Prudential Securities in Operations. George holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Dom Rose, Sales, EquiLend
Dominique Rose is a Vice President of Sales at EquiLend, where he is responsible for sales of the firm’s suite of technology solutions for the securities finance, collateral and swaps industries to market participants in North America. Prior to joining EquiLend, Dominique was on the Client Services team of Pirum, where he handled client onboarding, client relationship management and onsite training. He has also held middle office positions in support of the securities lending desks of BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley and in fixed income sales at Susquehanna International Group. Dominique has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Towson University and is Series 7 licensed.
Raj Sheth, CEO, Pirum
Raj joined Pirum in 2003 as COO and has been in the role of CEO since 2014. He started his career in technology as a software programmer and progressed to running IT teams and departments within investment banks. Prior to working at Pirum, Raj held IT programme management positions at UBS supporting both Cash Equities and OTC products; his last role was head of cash equity post-trade IT. Before this, Raj was head of Prime Broker IT at Lehman Brothers delivering front office and client technology solutions.
Cesco Squillacioti, Global Head of Client Management, State Street Securities Finance
Francesco M. (Cesco) Squillacioti was named Global Head of Client Management in State Street’s Securities Finance business, after serving as Global Head of Agency Lending since November 2016. Mr. Squillacioti has been a part of the Securities Finance organization since 2000, serving as the Asia-Pacific regional business director, overseeing overall business strategies and client relationships in the region, and prior to that, the head of the securities lending business in Japan. In 2015 he assumed oversight of the State Street’s Global Markets businesses in Japan, as well as the role of President & Representative Director of State Street Global Markets (Japan), and Representative of State Street Bank and Trust Company Tokyo Branch. Since joining State Street in 1990, Mr. Squillacioti has served in a number of key capacities, including acting as an Assistant to the President, working in the company’s Global Strategy and Development division and heading its Strategic Planning group in Japan. Mr. Squillacioti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University. He also completed a one-year intensive Japanese language program at International Christian University in Tokyo.
