In Singapore, a near-consensus view on non-cleared US Treasury repo after the 2027 mandate

At our Singapore event on US Treasury repo clearing last week, an active conversation ensued on the prospects for non-cleared US Treasury repo after the June 2027 mandate comes into force. While initially options diverged, there are now some reasonable conclusions about what is most likely to happen. This may force some firms to change their plans mid-stream.
