Most but not all UST repo rates rise going into quarter end

Most repo rates, including GCF, have risen 10-15 basis points from mid-June as end of quarter funding pressures show up for major dealers. Not all rates have risen in tandem however as trader demand and Fed issuance trends weigh in.
