Nomura EMEA wholesale revenue down 64% year over year; closing EMEA equity finance

Bloomberg reports: The firm said it will also exit European equity derivatives and trim costs in some fixed-income sales and research operations in the region. The restructuring may affect as many as 1,000 jobs, people familiar with the matter said earlier this month.
