Peter Altero Jr., Head of Americas, Quantile, LSEG Post Trade
Peter Altero Jr. is LSEG’s North America Head of SwapAgent and Quantile and a member of the LSEG Post Trade Leadership Team, responsible for expanding LCH’s post trade capabilities beyond core clearing. Peter has over 14 years’ experience in developing, growing and scaling businesses in partnership with the global financial markets community. He specialises in post trade processing, clearing, compression, trade venue workflows and regulatory compliance, with a focus on customer experience and network impact. Prior to joining LSEG in 2023, he was Head of Rates Business Development for Osttra’s MarkitServ service.
Amy Caruso, Head of Collateral Initiatives, ISDA
Amy Caruso is the Head of Collateral Initiatives at ISDA where she is responsible for developing and delivering a transformational strategy for collateral management, including facilitating innovation and compliance while driving standardization and efficiency. Previously, she served as the Chief Commercial Officer of DTCC-Euroclear GlobalCollateral. Ms. Caruso managed the derivatives reform initiative at Barings, including preparing the company and its parent MassMutual for OTC clearing readiness, ISDA protocols and representations, SEF implementation, and regulatory reporting in multiple jurisdictions. Ms. Caruso was a MassMutual’s Executive Development Program participant, fulfilling various marketing and sales support, product and project management, and compliance roles before transitioning to Barings. She has held numerous industry roles, including co-chairing SIFMA’s Asset Managers Group’s (AMG) Derivatives Operations Committee, and she was a member of the SIFMA AMG Executive Steering Committee, the Investment Company Institute’s Securities Operations Advisory Committee, ISITC-SIFMA AMG’s ETD and OTC Cleared T+1 Working Group, and ISITC’s Margin and Collateral Working Group. Ms. Caruso earned a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Public Relations from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
Amanda Deckelman, Managing Director, Global Head of Short Rate Sales, Bank of America
Amanda Deckelman is currently a Managing Director in FICC Short Rates Sales, based in Chicago. In this role, she is responsible for a team of salespeople managing cash reinvestment, financing, and leverage needs for the bank’s fixed income clients- spanning hedge funds, pensions, money funds, municipalities, corporations, and asset managers across the globe. She also has supervisory responsibilities for the Chicago regional office. Amanda joined the bank in 2007 as an intern in Merrill Lynch’s summer program and started as a trader on the Repo desk full time in 2008. In 2012, Amanda relocated to the Chicago office and shifted into a sales role, covering many of the clients she actively engaged while she was market making. Over the course of her 16+ year tenor at Bank of America, Amanda has witnessed front end markets through the financial crisis, quantitative easing, Fed hikes, pandemic funding stress, and technical adjustments in Fed policy. Amanda has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, Class of 2008. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two daughters (ages 7 and 3), and is active in undergraduate recruiting, mentorship, and women’s leadership efforts. She is also a member of the Lurie Children’s Hospital Innovators program which helps direct funding towards high focus areas in children’s health, most recently adolescent mental health.
Colleen Flynn, Managing Director, Repo & Money Markets, Tradeweb
Colleen Flynn is a Managing Director and Senior Product Manager in U.S. Institutional Repo and Money Markets for Tradeweb Markets Inc, a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets. An experienced fixed income trading professional, Colleen works with buy-side and sell-side clients to develop and deliver electronic trading products for Repos, commercial paper, agency discount notes, and certificates of deposit. She is an avid mentor at Tradeweb, a member of the firm’s Global Women’s Network and an active supporter of Tuesday’s Children. Prior to joining Tradeweb, Colleen was a salesperson on the Repo and Money Market Fixed Income desk at Morgan Stanley where she focused on providing liquidity and funding to a wide range of institutional investors. Flynn holds her Series 63 and Series 7 licenses, and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.).

Josh Galper, Managing Principal, Finadium
Josh Galper is the lead for Finadium’s research and consulting practice with an expertise in institutional investments, treasury and financing. Josh has conducted numerous consulting assignments for banks, asset holders, CCPs and technology companies, and is the author of over 60 industry reports as part of the Finadium research subscription. He also writes for Finadium’s online and hard copy magazine, Securities Finance Monitor. Josh has been quoted in most industry publications covering hedge funds, securities finance, collateral management and financial markets. He holds an MBA in Financial Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Corey Garriott, Supervisor in Research and Analysis, Office of Financial Research
Corey Garriott is a supervisor of research at the US Treasury’s Office of Financial Research. He leads a team that studies financial intermediation with a focus on repo markets. Corey previously worked at Montréal Exchange as head of research, where he helped design a credit future, and at the Bank of Canada, where he helped stand up a regulatory repo dataset. He has written about high-frequency trading, banking regulation, bond dealing, and informed investing. Corey holds a PhD in Economics from UCLA.
Sue Hill, Head of Government Liquidity Group, Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President, Federated Hermes
Sue Hill is head of the Government Liquidity Group and is responsible for portfolio management and research of government liquidity portfolios. She has more than 30 years of investment experience. Before joining Federated Hermes’ investment research department in 1990, Sue worked as a research assistant at the U.S. Treasury Department. Sue earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia and master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a CFA® charterholder and a current member and former president of the CFA® Society of Pittsburgh.
Jim Hraska, Managing Director, Head of Client Solutions, Clearing and Settlement Services, DTCC
Jim Hraska is Managing Director, Head of Client Solutions, Clearing and Settlement Services at DTCC. Within this role, he is responsible for the Fixed Income clearing agency product group, overseeing all of FICC’s products and services. He is a key contributor on multiple Clearing Agency Services efforts in identifying and delivering new value-added initiatives, such as expanding buy-side participation in FICC clearing services and the development of the NSCC Secured Financing Trade (SFT) service. In addition, he assists in implementing product and process enhancements to further increase efficiency and reduce risk across the industry. Before DTCC, Jim was at Barclays, where he most recently served as Global Director of Product Management, specializing in financing and structural reform. He has over thirty years of experience in the securities industry with deep knowledge in fixed income and equity financing, fixed income and equity derivatives, financial engineering, reinsurance, structured credit products, futures, and global clearance and custody. He is a long-standing member of SIFMA, where he has served as the Government Operations Chair and as a participant in numerous working groups. Jim served as a member of the Treasury Market Practices Group (TMPG) from the group’s inception through September 2016, supporting integrity and efficiency in the treasury, agency debt, and agency MBS markets. He was also a senior member of the Fed’s Tri-party Reform Task Force, which was responsible for the platform’s risk and liquidity improvements over recent years.
Gareth Jones, CEO, Euroclear Global Collateral
Gareth is the CEO of Euroclear Global Collateral with a focus on business and product development. Gareth has worked for Euroclear in a number of business and technology roles since 1997. He is responsible for developing collateral management services in North America including the guaranteed and bilateral repo initiatives. Gareth also oversees Euroclear’s securities settlement services and leads Euroclear T+1 initiative globally. Prior to joining Euroclear, Gareth worked as an engineer in subsea construction for the oil and telco sectors. Gareth holds a degree in Engineering from Durham University and is also an alumni of London Business School.
Bimal Kadikar, Founder and CEO, Transcend
Bimal Kadikar is the founder and CEO of Transcend, a technology firm dedicated to helping financial institutions optimize their businesses by taking a holistic approach to managing inventory, liquidity and funding. Transcend helps clients to increase enterprise-wide efficiency, reduce risk and drive greater business performance by creating a connected data ecosystem that spans across multiple business silos and functions. Bimal leads Transcend’s business and product strategies, working closely with major global financial institutions to implement innovative technology solutions that connect the front-to-back functions to enable optimal capital decisions. Bimal previously served in several senior roles at Citi Capital Markets Technology Division. He led the global technology organization for Citi’s Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) businesses, and built the Prime Finance, Futures & OTC Clearing technology platform, expanding Citi’s growth. Bimal also spearheaded Citi’s firm-wide post-credit crisis strategy for Collateral, Liquidity and Margin, leading to the inspiration for founding Transcend’s next-generation collateral and liquidity management solutions.
Travis Keltner, Managing Director, Head of Secured Financing, State Street
Travis Keltner is the head of Secured Financing for State Street Global Market’s (SSGM) Funding and Collateral team. This role includes product and trading oversight of all bank principal secured funding trading activities, with primary focus on the client activities related to sponsored member and peer-to-peer repo programs. Travis also oversees proprietary funding, collateral optimization and analytics, as well as development and implementation of business strategies and trade structures. Travis previously played an integral management role as a member of State Street’s Treasury Liquidity Risk team, overseeing collateral management strategies and implementing liquidity requirements such as the Basel III Liquidity Coverage Ratio, parallel to driving the bank’s liquidity and funding and balance sheet strategy. Prior to this, Travis worked in funding roles supporting Treasury’s function in Sydney, Australia, where he traded foreign exchange and managed the branch’s funding and liquidity position over three years. Travis started his career at State Street and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College.
Ted Leveroni, Global Head of Margin Services, BNY Markets
Ted Leveroni is the Global Head of Margin Services for BNY Markets. BNY Margin Services provides collateral and margin services including collateral segregation and collateral & margin administration services to both the buy and the sell side. He works closely with the industry impacted by global collateral and margin related regulation as well as drives the BNY existing collateral and margin capabilities to evolve beyond the regulatory margin requirements. Prior to joining BNY, Ted was Chief Commercial Officer of DTCC-Euroclear GlobalCollateral Ltd. where he was responsible for the coordination and execution of the commercialization of the derivatives and financing collateral solutions offered by the joint venture. Prior to that role he was Executive Director of Derivative Strategy and External Relations at Omgeo where he drove the company’s derivatives business strategy. Ted has led a number of industry association committees and working groups, including co-chairing SIFMA AMG’s Collateral Committee and SIFMA AMG’s TMPG Working Group. He is also a member of a number of ISDA, SIFMA, and ISITC committees. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Boston College Carroll School of Management, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University.
Gabi Mantle, Global Head of Post-Trade Solutions, EquiLend
Gabi Mantle is Global Head of Post-Trade Solutions at EquiLend, where she is responsible for post-trade client engagement, aiding product development and management of a team of product specialists which provides SME support to EquiLend’s new and existing clients. She also serves as the global spokesperson for all post-trade matters at EquiLend. Gabi has 23 years of finance industry experience, primarily in securities finance. Prior to joining EquiLend in 2019, Gabi held positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America spanning all areas of securities lending and client asset operations. She has an extensive knowledge of securities lending operations processes as well as a strong industry network. Gabi has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kingston University.
John Morik, Product Management and Strategy, Government Securities Services, BNY
John Morik is a Managing Director at BNY and Head of Product and Strategy for Government Securities Services Corp. John leads many of our efforts within the product team for GSS across our Clearance and Collateral business. Most recently he led the Future of Collateral program to reimagine our combined International and US Collateral Management services. John has served on a variety of industry committees including the SIFMA Government Operations Committee, SIFMA Rates and Funding Committee, and Treasury Market’s Practices Group working group. Mr. Morik has more than 30 years’ experience in the securities industry. He has held operational and managerial roles in project management, audit/compliance administration, business analysis and operations management. In 2003, he was the lead manager responsible for opening BNY Mellon’s Orlando operations center for the bank’s Clearance and Collateral Management business. In 2009, he represented BNY on the Tri-Party Infrastructure Reform Task Force and led the effort at BNY to re-architect the settlement process for repo transactions. More recently, John was instrumental in establishing BNY Government Securities Services Corp., the entity responsible for US Government Securities Clearance and Collateral Management activities. Prior to joining the company in 1995, Mr. Morik was with Bank of America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Albany University.
Frank Odendall, Head of Securities Financing Product & Business Development, Eurex
Frank heads the Fixed Income Funding and Financing (FIFF) Securities Financing Product & Business Development and as such is responsible for the development and distribution of CCP cleared repo solutions for sell- & buy-side entities. Frank had various roles within Eurex Exchange’s listed and OTC IRS derivatives product development in Singapore and London. Before joining Deutsche Börse Group, Frank worked in Derivatives Marketing & Structuring at JPMorgan Securities Ltd. in London.
Jim Palmer, Senior Director, Markets Cross Sales, BNY Markets
Jim Palmer is a Senior Director at BNY where he has business development responsibility across the firm’s Liquidity & Financing and Execution Services platforms. Prior to his current role, Jim served as a sales trader within the Principal Securities Finance & FICC Sponsored Repo business, managing relationships with both buy-side and sell-side clients. Jim joined BNY Mellon in 2008 and began his career managing Bank and Broker Dealer relationships within BNY Mellon’s Global Client Management division. Before joining BNY, Jim worked as an investment associate at Overbrook Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Grove City College and a master’s from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business.
Sagar Patel, Executive Director, Head of Americas Tri-party Product, J.P. Morgan
Sagar Patel is Head of Americas Tri-party Product within the Securities Services business at J.P. Morgan. Sagar’s expertise and current role focuses on managing agency financing and collateral products in the securities lending, repo and derivatives space. Sagar has been at J.P. Morgan his entire professional career, starting in the markets business. Sagar joined the Securities Services business in 2014 working in product management roles across clearing, tri-party and collateral management. Sagar holds a bachelors degree from Drexel University and a masters degree from Fordham University.
Shiv Rao, Chairman, Sunthay
Mr. Rao has more than 20 years of experience in financial services. He began his career in finance in 2001 at Lehman Brothers, where he initially structured asset-backed and mortgage-backed transactions, with a particular focus on innovative short-term funding structures. In 2008, Mr. Rao moved to a structuring role in Lehman’s Prime Services division, comprised of the prime brokerage and fixed income finance (repo) business. Mr. Rao joined Barclays when it acquired Lehman’s U.S. assets following the firm’s bankruptcy. At Barclays he continued to create innovative structures, including Agented Repo, a structure that allows banks to guarantee repo trades without acting as principals. Mr. Rao was most recently at Wells Fargo Securities.
Olivia Russell, Vice President of Sales, GLMX
Olivia Russell is Vice President of Sales at GLMX, a global financial technology firm that provides electronic trading for repurchase agreements, securities lending, money market instruments and total return swaps. Olivia has spent the past five years at GLMX growing the subscriber base across repo, securities lending and time deposits. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University. She also holds Series SIE, 7 and 63 FINRA Securities licenses.
Scott Skyrm, Executive Vice President of Sales, Curvature Securities
Scott E.D. Skyrm is an Executive Vice President at Curvature Securities, LLC and head of the Repo desk. He joined Curvature after service as a Managing Director at Wedbush Securities from 2014-2018 and was Global Head of Repo, Money Markets, and Fixed Income Clearing at Newedge from 1999 to 2012. Mr. Skyrm hold an M.S. and B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University. He is the author of the recent book, “The Repo Market, Shorts, Shortages, And Squeezes,” and has appeared on CNBC, Fox News, and Bloomberg News Radio.
James Upton, COO of LCH Repo Clear and Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM), LSEG Post Trade
James Upton is COO of LCH RepoClear and Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM), LCH Ltd, at LSEG Post Trade, where he is responsible for working across functions to enable the delivery of RepoClear and CaLM’s strategic priorities. James has more than 23 years’ experience in investment banking and clearing roles. Before joining LCH in 2014, he was Global Head of the Repo and Treasury Middle Office at Goldman Sachs, having previously held a number of operational roles at the firm. He started his career at GlobeOp Financial Services, an operations provider to the hedge fund community. He has served as co-chair of the European Repo and Collateral Council (ERCC) Post Trade Operations group since December 2019. James holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Southampton.
