SFM Interview: EIB’s Xavier Leroy on issuing bonds on the blockchain

The European Investment bank (EIB) is preparing for its third issuance of digital bonds as part of a series of experiments to test different blockchain infrastructures, with plans to develop the Common Domain Model (CDM) for hedging derivatives. We speak with Xavier Leroy, senior funding officer at the EIB, about the lessons being learned across its projects for designing features and regulatory compliance.
