Financial quantum is the bleeding edge of technology and faces old familiar tropes of “Yeah, but when?” attitudes. This is both understandable and tedious for first movers, even as it becomes clear that the question is mostly irrelevant because of expected post-quantum cryptography (PQC) migrations.
