Last week a judge dismissed the lawsuit brought by QS Holdco against six prime brokers and EquiLend for collusion against the AQS platform. While a victory for the defendants, the dismissal should be evaluated for any hints about the bigger lawsuit brought by a group of lawyers, um, we mean pensions, against the same prime brokerage and EquiLend group.
