The final text of Europe’s Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) VI and Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) III text was published in the Official Journal of the European Union last week. While the text is largely the same as the proposals, we still found it helpful to read through and create a summary of the major points. The clock is now also ticking for go-live and a potential one year delay of some aspects to harmonize with US rules, whenever they might be re-proposed.
