Data automation platform Xceptor announced an expanded collaboration with Danske Bank, a Nordic financial services firm and Denmark’s largest vendor. This partnership leverages Xceptor’s advanced generative artificial intelligence (genAI) capabilities for data automation, reconciliations, and tax processing.
Building on a three-year relationship that was initially established to streamline tax reclaims, the long-term alliance has now expanded to include automation of reconciliations and incorporation of genAI capabilities for data automation. With Xceptor’s advanced data automation capabilities applied to reconciliations and tax processing, Danske Bank’s clients will benefit from fewer disruptions, faster processing times, and enhanced data accuracy.
A key component of Danske Bank’s growth strategy is investing in digitization, AI and technology to strengthen and grow its position in the Nordic region. This expanded collaboration will enable Danske Bank to deliver enhanced client offerings while reducing costs and operational risk.
“By empowering Danske Bank with our advanced generative AI capabilities across both tax reclaims and reconciliations, we’re thrilled to play a key role in the Bank’s Forward 28 strategy through digitization, bringing tangible benefits to both clients and employees,” said Michiel Verhoeven, Xceptor CEO, in a statement.
“Our successful implementation of tax service reclaims has solidified our partnership with Xceptor, and we are now ready to advance to the next phase. By leveraging Xceptor’s advanced platform and generative AI, we are keen to enhance our offerings and customer service, now with a focus on reconciliations,” said Michael Holmgaard Mortensen, managing director for Markets Post Trade Services & Markets Quants at Danske Bank, in a statement.
