Impacts of the SEC’s N-PX rule on reporting securities loans over proxy vote dates

Last week the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) finalized their amendments on Form N-PX, which has been around since 2003 but has been hard to analyze due to lack of standardization and omitted data. Starting in 2024, regulated funds will have to report when loans are made over proxy voting dates.
