On the 10th March 2016, Rupert Perry, one of the co-founders of Pirum, presented to a Securities Lending industry meeting on the topic of the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) article 4 (Reporting).
The well attended meeting debated a number of key points, particularly focussing on the technical deliverables that parties to a securities lending transaction will need to be compliant with by the time the regulation takes effect in early 2018.
