Bank incumbents still have the upper hand because of disruptive technology

Who is winning the digital disruption contest in capital markets? The Economist recently published an article examining price to earnings ratios (PE) for companies and market segments that have been the primary targets of disruptive technology – including banking. They found that PE ratios in the financial sector show little impact from digital disruption.
