BlackRock + ICAP = financial technology powerhouse? (Premium)

On May 26, 2016, BlackRock took a 4.7% equity stake in ICAP, which is changing its name to NEX Group shortly. Including securities borrowed and Contracts for Differences, BlackRock now has a 5% stake in the voting rights of the company. Does this move mark the start of a bigger tie up, and how could this change the market?
