Securities Lending Times and Global Investor/ISF both reported that David Raccat, formerly of BNPP and J.P. Morgan, has launched a new securities finance disintermediation platform, Wematch.SecuritiesFinancing.
Securities Lending Times reports Raccat as saying “The platform is driving the securities financing markets into the new world where best execution, liquidity, price discovery, and regulatory reporting will be fully embedded in the dealing process.”
