ICMA’s Quarterly spotlights UK regs, sustainable finance, wCBDCs and fintech along with repo/collateral markets update

The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) released its Q3 2023 review, with one of the main themes covered being the UK’s Future Regulatory Framework Review in a global context.

There are thought leadership contributions on: Sustainable Finance: 2023 Guidance announced at the AGM of the Principles; Wholesale Central Bank Digital Currencies and their potential for capital markets; and the ICMA Bond Market Liquidity Taskforce.
