Solving a structural problem at beneficial owners for securities lending competitiveness (Premium)

This relationship of securities lending to custody was once a strength, as beneficial owners could bundle the products and appreciate a reduction in their custody costs or event generate positive revenues from a previous cost center. Today however, that relationship hinders the ability of securities lenders to dynamically respond to market changes. We propose a change to how beneficial owners oversee securities lending and identify market trends that should help this idea move forward.
