The FSB, shadow banking risks and expanding the regulatory perimeter: will it work? (Premium)

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) published a new thematic review yesterday of their progress in Shadow Banking regulation. The first “Principle” of the document is to define and update the regulatory perimeter. Realistically, can this be accomplished in the foreseeable future?
