The reality of putting transaction-based rates into LIBOR and EURIBOR (Premium)

The world of interbank lending rates is getting a shake-up as markets prepare for a shift to favour transactions over the traditional fix. In the case of LIBOR, it’s meant about 18 months of consultation by ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA) across the industry in order to determine the best way to implement change.
