V-Square’s Mamadou-Abou Sarr on custodians, securities lending and data in ESG (Premium)

In this Q&A, we go more in-depth with Mamadou-Abou Sarr, who has insight into working on sustainability investment practices across the financial industry’s silos.

Earlier this year he founded V-Square Quantitative Management, a Chicago-based global asset management firm, after working at Northern Trust, where he held the roles of global head of Sustainability and Product Innovation. We speak with Sarr about the way ESG investing is evolving, and what middle and back offices should know.
