Brexit has reinvigorated the EU drive for Capital Markets Union but can it be done?

Brexit is now starting to move out of the what-if stage and into the actual process of disunion. According to Article 50 of the European Union, the process of the United Kingdom and the European Union going their separate ways should be complete by 2019. Both sides of the Chunnel have much to come to grips with in a very short period of time.
